One-to-one

Pilates, shaped around you.

Individual guidance, personal attention and a session paced around you.

Who it’s for

More time, attention and guidance.

A one-to-one session may suit you if you’re new to Pilates, would like more help understanding particular movements or simply feel more comfortable learning privately.

It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, practise at your own pace and build confidence before joining a group class—if joining one is something you would eventually like to do.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want. A conversation with Liz is a good place to begin.

What to expect

It starts with a conversation.

Liz will begin by asking about your experience, what you hope to get from Pilates and whether there is anything she should be aware of before you start.

Your session can then focus on clear instruction, practising the foundations and finding movements that feel appropriate for you. There’s plenty of time to ask questions and revisit anything you’re unsure about.

Get in touch to discuss availability, location and current pricing before arranging your first session.
